Creamy Spinach

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tbls margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
DIRECTIONS
  1. Thaw spinach and drain juice. Pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Combine all ingredients, expcept spinach, in a medium pot.
  3. Heat over medium heat till cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Add spinach. Stir frequently till heated through.
