  • 1 Cup boiled Corn Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Corn
  • 4 Tbsp Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Chilli Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Other Ingredients :-
  • 1 Tbp Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take corn paste, corn, bread crumbs, chilli paste, coriander, corn flour & salt in a bowl. Mix all ingredients well. Heat oil & fry croquettes in oil till it become crispy.
  2. Take all croquettes in a bowl and add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, cheese & coriander & mix well.
  3. Serve hot.

This version is my favorite of all croquettes. This is mouth watering & a really irresistible snack. The corn & cheese is grate hit combination & loved by people of all age groups. Corn Croquettes are a good pick for appetizers, starters or evening snacks.
