Coconut Fruit Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple undrained
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • Fresh pineapple, grapes and strawberries or other fruit.
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender combine the first four ingredients cover and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with fruit. Store in refrigerator
  2. Yeilds: 2 cups
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Good served with Melon, strawberries and grapes. Use what ever fruit you like.
