Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup precooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 scant soup can of milk
  • a pkg.onion soup mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove skin from chicken;
  2. place in buttered casserole, breast side up
  3. Sprinkle rice over top
  4. mix together soups and milk
  5. pour over chicken and rice
  6. Cover with lid or foil
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 2 hours
