Canton Chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups chicken, diced
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • butter
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients, reserving a few noodles for the top. Place in a casserole dish.
  2. Melt butter and mix with reserved noodles. Cover the top of the chicken mixture with the noodles.
  3. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for one hour.
