  • 15ml Galliano
  • 15ml passion fruit syrup
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 15ml light rum
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/3 cup crushed ice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour Galliano, passion friut syrup, lemon juice, light rum, egg and crushed ice into a blender
  2. Blend at low speed for 15 seconds
  3. Pour into a chilled deep saucer champagne glass
