CREAM SOUP BASE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. To make a soup, put the mixture in a large saucepan and add 2 cups of cold water. Cook on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens. To the thickened mixture add the main ingredient and let the soup cook a few minutes longer. One recipe will make about 3-5 cups depending on what you add to it.
