Butter Pecan Frosting
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter -- softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. For frosting, beat together first 4 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add pecans and frost cake.
  3. Yields enough for a 9" cake
