Broiled Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbl chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine/butter
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut tomatoes in half and place in a 9"x 11" baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread mixture over tomatoes.
  4. Place under broiler until breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
