Baked Mushroom Omelet

  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 t. rosemary
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sauté mushrooms in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients and turn into a buttered baking pan, 7×11 inch. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or just until eggs are set.
  2. Serves 4.
