Almond Chocolate Brittle
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  1. Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with foil.
  2. In a saucepan, on low heat, melt together white chocolate chips and vegetable oil.
  3. Stir until melted.
  4. Add almonds.
  5. Pour into a pan and refrigerate until firm.
  6. Break into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
