Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

*1 cup crushed All-Bran garlic and herb crackers
*1/8c shredded parmesean,ramono, asiago cheese mix
*1/8c fat-free/2% cheddar cheese
*1/2 tsp black pepper
*1 tsp oregano
*1 tsp basil
*pinch of salt
8pinch of red pepper


Directions

extra virgin olive oil to cook in


Heat on med-high enough oil to cover the bottom of your skillet.


Mix dry ingredients on a plate. Dip and coat chicken in crumb mixture.


Place chicken in skillet and cook until golden brown and done in center.
