Why I Love This Recipe

Half of our plate should be fruit and vegetables. Here is a great way to make that happen.


Ingredients You'll Need

Your choice of:
Apples and pears
Citrus – oranges, grapefruits, mandarins and limes
Stone fruit – nectarines, apricots, peaches and plums
Tropical and exotic – bananas and mangoes
Berries – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwifruit and passionfruit
Melons – watermelons, rockmelons and honeydew melons
Tomatoes and avocados.


Directions

Choose fruit
Choose plate
Clean, Slice, Peel, Trim fruit
Place on plate
Enjoy
