Vegetable Vegan Pot PieThis is a vegan pot pie recipe that is delicious and easy to make! We are a family of five with only one vegan at the table and EVERYONE enjoys this healthy meal!
Easy Crockpot Marinara SauceI love this recipe because it only takes 30 minutes to prepare and the crockpot does all of the cooking. It is a high yield so you can freeze extra sauce and use as needed. I like to add different seasonal vegetables to vary the taste of the sauce. Play around with different spices to keep it interesting. Make it your own!
Quinoa Vegan Stuffed PeppersThis is a versatile recipe that can be adjusted to your own personal taste. You can vary the kinds of vegetables, spices and grains each time you make it. It is a favourite at our dinner table!
Portobello Mushroom BurgersThis recipes can easily be done on the barbecue as well. Simply wrap each stuffed mushroom in aluminum foil lightly coated in cooking spray and grill at medium heat until tender. It is a healthy vegan spin on burgers that will leave you feeling satisfied!
Oven Baked Sweet Potato ChipsThese sweet potato chips are flavourful with an awesome blend of sweet and salty!
Chickpea and Spinach CannelloniThis dish is excellent when served fresh and is equally delicious heated through as leftovers! It is also a great dish to serve to guests as an alternative to spaghetti or penne. It is a little extra-special!
Vegetable Shish Kabobs for the Barbecue or OvenThese vegetables are delicious fresh with an awesome smoky taste! Leftovers can be eaten in sandwiches, tortillas or rice wraps.
Easy Asian Noodle Rice WrapsThis recipe is fast and easy to prepare. It keeps very well in the refrigerator and makes a healthy snack at any time of the day or night.

One of my favourite places to be is in the kitchen! I love to cook and create meals for my family and friends! When my oldest daughter went vegetarian and later vegan, I still wanted to be able to cook for her. I was inspired to create dishes that we could all share and enjoy as a family. These recipes have become favourites for all of my family members, both vegan and non-vegan! I really hope that you enjoy these dishes!
